Leadership
J.D. Eldridge
Chief Operations Officer
J.D. began volunteering with construction ministries in Mexico over 20 years ago through Clairemont Emmanuel Baptist Church in San Diego. After a brief time serving in Mexico, he served in various leadership positions and teaching roles, and completed a graduate degree through Azusa Pacific Seminary. In 2019, he joined Mexican Medical, and currently has financial and operational oversight of the Lemon Grove office.
Keith Thomas
Field Director
Keith met his wife, Julie, at Wheaton College and they were married in 1991. Together, they felt called to Mexico where they raised their 5 children and served for 18 years. They began in Mexico City training youth leaders and in 1997 moved to Guadalajara, Mexico where they worked with a church planting team until 2011.
In that year, they returned to the U.S. where Keith then served as a Pastor in Beaverton, Oregon for 11 years. Keith accepted the offer to work as the Field Director for Mexican Medical Ministries in 2022, returning to his love for ministry in Mexico. His primary role is to pastor the missionaries of Mexican Medical so they flourish in their ministries of bringing healing and hope to the people of Mexico.

In 2013, Randy married his wife, who was also called into the mission field at a young age. Together, they have continued to pursue their passion for missions.
